How do I create a Dolphins Online Store account?

You can create an account at any time by selecting the ‘My Account’ button at the top of the screen or you can conveniently set up an account at checkout.
You will be required to provide your name and email address to open an account. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal account information to anyone unless required to do so by law.
Opening an account with the Dolphins Online Pro Shop will allow you to check the status of your order, save your billing information for future purchases, and receive sales and promotional offers.

The Dolphins Online Pro Shop offers several easy options to check the status of your order.
- Email Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been submitted. We will also send you a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped.
- Online Pro Shop Status Feature: This is the easiest and quickest method to get the most up-to-date information about your order. Simply click on the ‘Order Status’ button located at the top of any page to login. From the Order Summary page you will be provided with your current and past orders. Detailed information, including your tracking number, can be displayed by clicking on your order number.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is assigned to your package at our warehouse and will appear under your ‘Order Status’ information. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is processed by DHL or US Postal Service. It may take up to 48 hours before the package has been checked into the DHL facility. This means that although the package has left our warehouse and is in route to you, the tracking information may not immediately appear on the DHL website. |

Can I make a change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

We’re sorry, orders can not be changed or cancelled once they have been submitted. We process orders promptly and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope that in most cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system. This may occur if the product is not available, if there is difficulty in processing your payment, or if we are unable to ship to the address provided. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Please contact our Customer Service Department for recommendations on alternative products.

What if my product becomes out of stock?

Most products at the Dolphins Online Pro Shop are in stock. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand or limited availability, the remaining products in your order may be shipped. Adjustments will be made to your merchandise total and shipping cost to reflect the remaining contents of your order. Please click on the ‘Order Status’ button for further information about your order.

Are you missing an item from your order?

Please check the packing slip included with your order. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. When will my order ship?
|

Most orders begin the fulfillment process as soon as your order has been submitted. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment has been approved, and the billing address has been verified. You will not be charged for any items until they have been shipped to you.
In stock items are typically fulfilled within 48 hours. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that all shipping times are based on business days. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday or nationally recognized holidays.
Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may take up to 4-6 weeks to be shipped. If ordered with other items, products shipped directly from the manufacturer will arrive separately.
If your order contains both pre-ordered items and in stock items, your entire order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.

When you add items to your cart, our system automatically calculates and displays shipping charges and gives you alternative shipping options, if available.

If we are unable to deliver your order to the address provided, you will be charged an additional $10 address correction fee to have your package delivered.

What is the Return Policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from the Dolphins Online Pro Shop. If you are not satisfied with your item, simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Products must be returned in new, unworn condition, and with all original product tags. Swimwear can be returned within 30 days of purchase but must still have all tags and hygienic strip liner attached.
Return Exceptions: We are unable to accept returns of customized merchandise, special orders or undergarments. All sales on these items are final.
Product Warranties: Any issues relating to the quality, wear, or defective workmanship are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.

How do I return my product?
|

|

Each shipment includes detailed instructions for returning an item. Please pack the item in the original package, if possible and include your packing slip with the item. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, name, address, and phone number with the item.
On your packing slip, please note the reason for return and whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund. When an exchange or new item is requested, you will be charged for shipping and handling.
Returned items may be subject to a reduced refund if not in original packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery at cssupport@miamidolphinsproshop.com. Please have your order number, tracking number, and damaged item available. Dolphins Online Pro Shop will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover ground shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

If your total is greater than the balance on your gift certificate, you will need to pay for the remaining amount of the order with a valid credit card. If your order total is less than the balance on your gift certificate, the remaining balance of your gift certificate will be stored with the Dolphins Online Pro Shop for future purchases.
